Before representing buyers, Taylor Davies spent years on the selling side, working with leading agencies across Palm Beach and the southern Gold Coast. That background is not incidental. It is the foundation of how he works.
He understands how agents think, how negotiations are framed, and where buyers are routinely disadvantaged. And that knowledge now works entirely in your favour. Davies Buyers Agents was founded on the belief that buyers deserve the same level of strategy and representation that sellers have always had.
Originally from Bronte in Sydney, Taylor has lived on the Gold Coast for 17 years. His relationships across Palm Beach, Currumbin, Elanora, and Tugun run deep. Outside of work, you'll find him surfing, training, or at home in Currumbin Waters with his partner and their dog, Huey.
